Description

The Levenhuk Fatum Z1000 Thermo Vision Monocular has a professional grade 640x480pix sensor, so it can be used for challenging tasks in total darkness. The detection range is 2800 meters (9200ft) for large objects and up to 1400 meters (4600ft) for medium and small objects. This makes it an essential tool when tracking targets during hunting, search operations, or security activities. In addition, the device is waterproof, which allows you to use it in any weather: heavy rain or a snowstorm.

The optics provide 2x magnification, but for very distant targets, you can use additional digital magnification – a smooth magnification adjustment is possible within the 1–8x range. In other words, the maximum magnification of the device is 16x. To get the most contrast and sharp picture, you can select a color palette – there are six color palettes available in total. It also features hot spot detection, a picture-in-picture mode, and a laser designator with a working range of 200 meters (660ft), which makes it easier to detect thermal targets.

The additional features of the device are also quite impressive. The recorder allows you to capture photos and record videos (16GB of internal memory). The rangefinder is used to quickly calculate the distance to the target of choice. It is possible to view images on your smartphone screen and access the settings remotely via Wi-Fi and the TargetIR mobile app. The image can be displayed on the external screen via the microHDMI port. The Type-C port serves for data transfer and device charging. It is also possible to remote control via Bluetooth.

If you need to place the monocular for stationary observations, you can use the 1/4" tripod mount. It is powered by a pair of rechargeable batteries with a total capacity of 6000 mAh, which provide up to 4.5 hours of continuous operation.
