Payment options

We have several payment options: credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. Once you have placed the order, we will contact you to confirm the order and preferred payment method as well as delivery terms. If you have any questions regarding available payment methods, contact us.

Return policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from the date of the receipt. When returning an item, please be aware that products that have been damaged during the post-purchase period (scratched, broken, not fit for further retailing) as well as incomplete products’ packages (missing accessories, etc.) will not be accepted.

The amount of you purchase will be refunded. Shipping fees are not refundable. If the return is due to defective products, you may be compensated for the return shipping.

A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained in advance of return. Contact us by e-mail to receive the RA number to be displayed on the outside of your shipping container.

Privacy Policy

None of the information you provide about yourself is shared with any third parties except to the extent necessary for processing your order (for example, we inform shipping company of your shipping address, but the email address remains undisclosed).

Delivery of orders of €70 or more shipped within the EU is free of charge (does not apply to Levenhuk RA series and other Dobsonian telescopes). Member countries of the EU are:

Shipping rates for orders that don't qualify for free shipping (including all orders under €70 and all orders shipped outside the EU) depend on products ordered and country of delivery. Our sales manager will contact you with detailed information on applicable shipping charges prior to delivery.

International orders

International orders can be shipped from another Levenhuk international warehouse with no extra shipping charges. In that case, we may use a different courier service providing similar estimated time of arrival.

Customer is responsible for payment of customs duties, local sales and/or other taxes, if applicable, and such charges may be collected by Customer's shipping company upon delivery. Levenhuk is not responsible for any applicable local taxes or for customs duties imposed in any country other than the European Union member country.

Warranty

All products listed on the website are subject to the same warranty as declared by the brand manufacturer. All Levenhuk microscopes, telescopes, binoculars and magnifiers have a lifetime warranty; all accessories have a 2-year warranty. Please make sure that you purchase Levenhuk products through this website or authorized resellers and keep your receipt in order for the warranty to be valid. All of the Levenhuk Discovery optical devices are covered by a 10-year warranty.

MAGUS microscopes and digital cameras as well as Ermenrich measuring tools have a 5-year warranty. 

All Levenhuk, Levenhuk Discovery, Ermenrich, and MAGUS accessories have a 2-year warranty.

This warranty does not cover consumable parts, such as bulbs (incandescent, LED, halogen, energy-saving and other types of bulbs), batteries (rechargeable and non-rechargeable), electrical consumables, etc.

A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained in advance of return. Call us at +420 246 019 025 or contact us to receive the RA number to be displayed on the outside of your shipping container. All returns must be accompanied by a written statement setting forth the name, address and telephone number of the owner, including a description of any claimed defects. Parts or products for which replacement is made will become the property of Levenhuk.

The customer will be responsible for all costs of transportation and insurance to and from Levenhuk or its authorized dealers and will be required to prepay such costs.

Price and/or Description Changes

All prices, pictures and descriptions on this website are subject to change. When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.
