Levenhuk LX1000 Hunting Laser Rangefinder

The Levenhuk LX1000 laser rangefinder is designed for measuring distance when hunting, during sporting events, camping, and on research expeditions. It can be used in open spaces to measure any distance and angle, including situations where the target location is on a slope above or below the level of the observer. The device can also calculate the speed of a moving object. It is also possible to use the device as a standard monocular: The optics provide 6x magnification and the lens diameter is 25mm.

You can use one of the two measurement modes that are available: a single distance measurement mode or continuous measurement mode (scan mode). In the scan mode, measurements are taken in real time at very high speed and, therefore, it is possible to measure the distance to a moving target. Another interesting function is a small target (flagpole) lock mode. When it is activated, the device can quickly find a nearby single object, notify you about it by way of vibration and quickly take the necessary measurements. There is also a slope mode that is often used when playing golf.

Thanks to its compact and lightweight design, you can take the device with you whenever you go – it will not be a problem to carry it around during long hikes and trips. The device is comfortable to hold in your hand, but if you want to get maximum picture stability, it can be mounted on a tripod (a standard 1/4" thread). The device is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery, with an auto-off function to save battery power. It is charged from an AC power supply via a USB cable (cable included, no AC adapter).

Please note: IR illumination (infrared radiation) can be detected by photo and video cameras as well as other similar electronic devices during operation.
