Description

The Levenhuk D85L LCD microscope is designed to examine slides with different transparency of the specimens at 40x–1600x magnification. The microscope is also equipped with a built-in 2Mpx camera that can take photos of specimens and record videos for research. Data is stored on the memory card. Another specific feature of this model is its large 7" LCD screen, which is great for the detailed and comprehensive examinations of specimens.

The optical system includes achromatic objective lenses with various magnification powers. The overall optical magnification ranges from 40x to 400x; digital magnification up to 1600x. The real-time image is displayed on the screen in high resolution, detecting any micro-structures. The control buttons placed on the side panel and the backside make the device look minimalistic. Coarse and fine adjustments are possible.

The specimens are secured on the stage with specimen holders and a diaphragm disk. The illumination is dual: the LEDs are located on both sides of the stage. There is a brightness adjustment function. The AC power supply or batteries can power the illumination.

The microscope body is metal; the optics are made of glass.
