Photokina summary: Levenhuk team at the international Photokina 2018 exhibition. Day 2, Sept. 27

Dear customers!

Today is the second day of the major international Photokina 2018 exhibition, which was expected to be very busy and full of events and it absolutely exceeded all our expectations. The results of the first day of the exhibition showed that interest in our new Levenhuk Nelson marine binoculars and Blaze spotting scopes series was very high. We have already managed to discuss the details of the new cooperation with several new dealers.

Levenhuk Heritage military binoculars were in the spotlight today. The Levenhuk Heritage family comes in a limited edition and consists of six binoculars in high-durable cases with first-class optics.

These binoculars are designed according to a joint project comprising the Levenhuk Company and the Russian Kazan Optical-Mechanical Plant that was one of the largest suppliers of optical instruments for the Soviet Army and then later for the Russian Army. Russian glass has been recognized worldwide among the military and hunters since the Soviet Union. Now, Levenhuk has made them affordable to everyone. Innovation has attracted the attention of both our regular partners and new potential dealers.

In addition, visitors were actively interested in the top-notch optical equipment by the world renowned Meade Instruments. This is a fantastic premiere for the whole number of newly released products by Meade that include Meade LX600 and LX850 series telescopes, Meade 12" LightBridge Plus, Meade StarPro AZ 90mm and Coronado SolarMax III 70mm Double Stack Solar Telescopes. This is the first-time display of these high-quality products in public that we are honored to present as Meade’s trusted partner.

During the day, we had a couple of meetings with our existing partners: Astro A/S from Denmark and Heli Innovations from Bulgaria. Our new partner from India - Photo Media, also visited our stand to discuss the exclusive distribution rights in this country. We have recently shipped their initial order and were glad to learn that they would further like to expand their Levenhuk assortment. We also had several meetings with our prospective distributors: RINOWA from Italy and DDoptics from Germany.

The event is held in the exhibition center on September 26-29, 2018 at Koelnmesse Exhibition Center, Koelnmesse, Messepl. 1, 50679 Cologne, Germany. Levenhuk stand is located in Hall 2.1, Stand D-037.
