You can take Levenhuk Nelson 7x50 Marine Binoculars with you to go fishing or on a water tour without fear of damaging them. The waterproof shell reliably protects the optics from moisture. 7x magnification is sufficient for detailed studying of distant objects. The objective lenses with 50mm aperture gather much light; the transmitted image is bright and clear.

This model has a classic design, the optical scheme is based on Porro prisms. The optical elements are made of quality BaK-4 glass. The lenses are fully coated with multiple layers of anti-reflective coating, causing these binoculars to deliver a contrast image with minimum optical aberrations.

The plastic shell is hermetic and protects the optics from dust and moisture. Rubber coating of the shell will provide a secure grip and absorb accidental hits. The nitrogen filling prevents the lenses from fogging. The twist-up eyecups provide additional comfort for observers who wear glasses.

Levenhuk Nelson 8x30 Marine Binoculars comes in a waterproof floating body: if they accidentally plunge into the water, they will not sink, and the lenses and prisms will not be damaged. Add a bright Levenhuk FS10 Floating Strap to go with these binoculars, and they will never get lost!

The eyepieces have individual focusing; each optical tube should be set up separately. There is no central focusing wheel. There is a special tripod socket on the binoculars’ body to mount this optical tool on a tripod.

A feature of this model is a built-in compass with diode light and a rangefinder. Diode light is powered by batteries. When you look into the eyepieces, you can see a vertical scale of a rangefinder and an arch dial of the compass with a division value of 1°. North is 360°, South is 180°, East is 90° and West is 270°.

You can calculate the distance to the observed object or its size (height) using a rangefinder. You can calculate an unknown parameter with a special formula. Use the rangefinder’s indications in this formula.
