Premium class Levenhuk Monaco ED 10x42 Binoculars are designed for demanding users who appreciate high image quality and reliability of an optical tool. You can use binoculars in any conditions as they are suitable for observations in twilight and cloudy weather, impervious to bad weather, withstand extreme temperatures, and accidental falling to the ground. Levenhuk Monaco ED 10x42 Binoculars will become a loyal companion to a person who lives an active lifestyle: athlete, hunter, fisherman, ornithologist, people who enjoy camping trips, and water trips under a sail.
Optics
All the optical elements in these binoculars are made of coated extra-low dispersion glass that reduces optical aberrations, eliminates stray glare, and improves contrast and image brightness across the entire field of view. Their optical scheme is built using compact roof prisms and multiple-element eyepieces and objective lenses. The eyepieces use five separate lenses that significantly improve the image sharpness. Levenhuk Monaco ED 10x42 provide 10x magnification and deliver a perfect image on a sunny day as well as in low illumination conditions.
Body material
The binoculars body is made of plastic that is resistant to temperature changes and mechanical impact. It easily survives impacts and shaking and is not penetrated by moisture or dust. The optics are reliably protected from sand, mud, rain, or snow. These binoculars survive short periods of immersion (up to three minutes) into water no deeper than 1.5m (5ft). Their shell is filled with nitrogen that prevents the optics from fogging up. It is coated with a non-slip coating that firms the grip.
Additional capabilities
Levenhuk Monaco ED 10x42 Binoculars are adaptable to a tripod (purchased separately). Moreover, there are basic settings available: interpupillary distance adjustment, diopter adjustment on the right eyepiece and smooth focusing. There are twist-up eyecups for people who perform observations with glasses on. Eye relief is long enough for such kind of observations.
