Description

Levenhuk Guard PRO 4000 is designed for professional use. It combines the functionality of long-distance binoculars and a rangefinder, and it has flexible settings. The binoculars are based on roof-type prisms made of BaK-4 glass. Despite their thinness and light weight, they produce a high-quality, bright image. The optical system is complemented by lenses coated with layers of antireflective compound. The binoculars bring you 12 times closer, and the field of view is 88/1000m (290ft/1000yds) – with such indicators, you can conduct both areal and targeted observations.

The rangefinder displays readings on the built-in screen: The user sees them in bright red, which is different from the background. The device measures direct distance, horizontal distance, and angles. Measurements can be carried out as a single measurement or in scan mode; the user sets the mode by pressing a button. You can also select units of measurement between meters or yards. The device sets the display brightness automatically by adjusting the light sensitivity. The rangefinder is powered by a battery. You can take measurements for an object the size of a tree from 4,000 meters (13120ft), a deer – from 1500m (4920ft), and a person – from 700m (2300ft).

The device is flexible in settings. You can adjust the interpupillary distance to your parameters. The diopter correction function will be useful for those who have myopia or farsightedness. The mechanism on both eyepieces that allows users with different vision to adjust each of the barrels is particularly convenient. The eye relief in this model extends by 15mm, and to make the binoculars convenient to use both with and without glasses, they are equipped with twist-up eyecups. If you wear glasses, remove the eyecups to fully open the eyepiece. If you work without glasses, pull out the eyecups and the eye relief will be in the correct position relative to your eye.

The body of Levenhuk Guard PRO 4000 is made of aluminum-magnesium alloy, lightweight, and durable. The IPX6 protection will not allow moisture and dust to get inside the binoculars, even under strong jets of water: The device can be used in any weather, and the optical channel will remain clean. The stated operating temperatures for the device range from −10 to +50°C (14…122°F): It can be used in both summer and winter with some restrictions. The body is equipped with a 1/4-inch tripod thread – the binoculars can be fixed in one place for long-term observations.

Key features:
