Levenhuk Bruno BASE Binoculars 15x70 are a perfect find for those eager to observe the starry sky and distant terrestrial objects with equal efficiency. During the day, the device allows you to view the surrounding nature in detail. At night, you can immerse yourself in the study of large lunar craters, bright star clusters, and the planets closest to Earth.
This device provides 15x magnification. This is enough to become acquainted with the beauty of space and the observation of wild animals in their natural habitat. Large objective lenses with 70mm diameter provide a bright and crisp image even at twilight and before dawn. The device is based on Porro prisms made of BaK-4 glass that are supplemented with K9/F4 lenses. Multi-coated optical elements provide high light transmission, and the 4.6mm exit pupil keeps the user comfortable while observing in low light. The central focusing wheel with high speed enables quick focusing.
The device body is made of aluminum alloy and it is fully rubberized. It fits securely in your hands, can withstand occasional impacts, and is protected against spraying water according to the IPX3 standard. Diopter adjustment +4D and adjustable interpupillary distance: 56–72mm provide for the precise adjustment of the binoculars according to individual eyesight characteristics.
The binoculars have a large magnification. Therefore, to obtain a stable image, it is recommended to use a tripod or rest it on a hard surface. Handheld observation may cause image shaking. The kit includes an adapter for tripod mounting. The kit also includes eyepiece and objective lens protective caps as well as a pouch, strap, and cleaning wipe.
